Registration requirements on the Platform

The Transport Platform offers two independent services: the ‘Vehicle Load Board’ and the Company Catalogue – Guide. Both services have been developed with a uniform graphic design, which ensures consistency and intuitive operation. The service currently in use can be easily identified by looking at its name in the upper left corner of the menu. In order to take full advantage of the features of both services, it is necessary to register separately for each of them via the User Panel. It is worth noting that the same e-mail address can be used in both cases. Detailed information on who can register on each service is presented in the video below. Who can register on the website?

Any natural person over the age of 18, as well as legal persons and organizational units without legal personality acting through their authorized representatives, may register on the website. Registration requires providing true and current personal data and accepting the website's terms and conditions. The website reserves the right to refuse registration without giving a reason.

User registration on the website

In the Registration tab, any natural person over the age of 18, as well as legal persons and organizational units without legal personality acting through their authorized representatives, may register an account on the website. In the "Full name" field, you can enter any name, however, if you enter your first and last name in this field, your personal data will be automatically included in each certificate of successful course completion. Please note that only business accounts have the right to place their company's business card in the transport or shipping company directory, so you do not need to enter your company name in the "Full name" field, as it will be required in the add company form.

Verified Company

Verified Company – this status can be obtained by a company that, when creating a business card in the transport and forwarding companies directory, meets the following conditions: when registering an account on our website, it attaches a scan of a decision or permit for transport or forwarding activities (transport or forwarding license, or both, if the company wants to create a business card in the catalog of transport and forwarding companies – such a scan of the document may contain a watermark), transfers a symbolic amount of one zloty from its company account to the bank account of Idea Business Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, and selects one of the paid options for presenting the business card. The website administrator will verify the data within 48 hours. If all requirements are met and the identity of the company and profile is indisputable, the Verified Company status will be activated. The administrator reserves the right to conduct additional verification in case of any doubts. Dear Sirs, we want the Transport Platform to be perceived as a reliable and trustworthy source of information. That is why we have introduced requirements for granting the status of ‘Verified Company’ in our catalogue. Are we asking for something unusual? We do not think so, because in transport it is standard practice to verify documents such as transport licences and valid insurance before ordering transport. Our verification does not cover insurance details, as each customer should be aware of the scope of cover that the carrier should provide.
